Canada Greener Homes Grant: CGHG is no longer accepting new applications. Homeowners who are already participating and have an active application number are encouraged to proceed with the retrofits in a timely manner. Funding of $5,000 has been set aside for active application rebates.
Canada Greener Homes Loan: CGHL is available to eligible Canadians in making their homes more energy efficient. It offers up to $40,000 in interest-free financing to homeowners who have had a pre-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation completed and appropriate recommendations added. (Last updated May 05, 2024)
